We take a look at the top batsmen at the conclusion of the group stage of the CSA Provincial T20 Cup.

Lerato Kgoatla – Limpopo

He was the top scorer from the group stages with 272 runs averaging 136. He scored two centuries which lead Limpopo to massive victories, an unbeaten 101 vs Mpumalanga and 114 not out against Western Province.

Jonathan Vandiar – Northerns

The from Northerns was the second leading run-scorer with 228 runs. Including a match-winning 81 that lead his side to a massive total and a century in the second game which led them to a 7-wicket win.

Andre MalanWestern Province

The Western Province scored 189 runs including three fifties. Although his side had a poor tournament, he led from the front and contributed positively.

Yaseen Vallie – Border

The Warriors batsman was the top scorer for Border with 156 runs including one half-century. His contributions with the bat were crucial to his side reaching the semi-finals.

Marco Marais – Eastern Province

Marco Marais was the top scorer for Eastern Province with 173 runs including two fifties. One of the main contributors with the bat that got his side to the knockouts.

Kelly Smuts – Eastern Province ended

The 29-year-old ended 8th on the overall log of top scorers with 156 runs. He was another main contributor which ensured Eastern Province reach the semi-finals.
