Dolphins Cubs vs Cobras Cubs
The Dolphins Cubs won the toss and chose to bowl. The Cobras were bowled out in the 45th over scoring 218 runs, with main contributions from Daniel Smith, 61 (82), and Kai Curran, 38 (46). The Dolphins then came out to bat, scoring 135 all out. Luc Benkenstein top performed for the Dolphins with 58* (75). Darian Naidoo picked up 4/36 in 9 overs.
The Cobras Cubs won by 83 runs.
Lions Cubs vs Warriors Cubs
The Lions Cubs won the toss and chose to bowl. They bowled the Warriors Cubs out for 162 in 41 overs. George van Heerden top-scored for the Warriors, scoring 71* (89). Liam McCarthy and Liam Alder both picked up 4 wickets respectively. The Lions then chased this score down in the 32nd over. Heinrigh Pieterse scored 58* (83) and Reuben du Toit scored 54 (40).
The Lions Cubs won by 6 wickets.
Titans Cubs vs Knights Cubs
The Titans Cubs won the toss and chose to bat. They scored a mammoth 267-6 in their 50 overs, mainly thanks to Jordan Hermann who scored 139 (154) and Ryan Maxl who scored 46 (73). The Knights then came out to chase, scoring just 173 all out, being bowled out in the 44th over. Reeza Alexander top-scored for the Knights, with 56 (67). Jan-Hendrik Coetzer was the pick of the bowlers for the Titans, picking up 3 wickets for 21 runs in his 6 overs.
The Titans Cubs won by 94 runs.
