The Proteas have announced their updated squad after the two positive Covid-19 cases, with two notable omissions from the updated list – Keegan Petersen and Beuran Hendricks.
Cricket South Africa is pleased to announce that the entire Proteas team has returned negative results from the COVID-19 tests that were conducted this morning.
This is the third round of scheduled testing ahead of the first Betway Test match of the two-match series, starting on Boxing Day.
The hosts will begin training as a full squad from tomorrow as their preparation for the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) series continues.
