Western Province struggled against the Dolphins’ versatile bowling attack. However, they managed to score 212, thanks to 92 from Daniel Smith.

Prenelan Subrayen was the best bowler with 3-49 in 19.5 overs.

The hosts were expected to better that total. But Kyle Simmonds tore up the script. He took 6-60, reducing the Dolphins to 196.

With a slight lead, WP scored 225, With Jonathan Bird (61) and George Linde (61) getting half-centuries.
