Migael Pretorius, the 26-year-old South African pace-bowling allrounder, has signed with the Jamaica Tallawahs. He’s the sixth South African to confirm his availability for the Caribbean Premier League.

This is his second assignment in the franchise scene – he’s already played in the T10 League for the Deccan Gladiators, and now comes his first opportunity to impress in the CPL.

He was selected for the Proteas Test squad when Sri Lanka visited, but he has yet to play a game for his country. This experience could potentially bring him into the conversation to make the T20WC squad.
