There was one player they did not manage to contain, however, that was 19-year-old Steve Stolk. He scored the bulk of the runs for his side – 43 off 20 balls (1 four, 4 sixes). After losing his wicket, the Titans were on 76-5 in 6.3 overs.

Andile Simelane was the Dolphins’ best bowler, taking 3-17, with Nqobani Mokoena and Prenulan Subrayen contributing with 2 apiece.
The Dolphins’ chase went to the wire, Slade van Staden top-scoring with 37 off 20 (2 fours, 2 sixes). Sandiswa Yeni was brilliant at stalling the hosts’ progress, picking up 3-14, including the wickets of Van Staden and Simelane after a 10-ball 22 (3 sixes).
The Dolphins ended with a score of 104-7, and the Titans won by 2 uns.
