Keegan Petersen (67) and Raynard van Tonder (50) led the run-scoring on Day 1 as SA ‘A’ notched 266/6 at Buffalo Park side after they lost the toss.
Ruan de Swart and Mihlali Mapongwana will start the day with the aim of notching up good scores to give the Proteas the first innings total they desire.
