South Africa post 185-4 after bowling Pakistan out for 333 on Day 2 of the 2nd Test.

Pakistan were resistant in the first session as South Africa searched for a breakthrough.

It took almost 10 overs for the Proteas to find a wicket, Salman Agha trapped lbw by Keshav Maharaj after a well-played 45. 

Pakistan had passed the 300-run mark at that stage, and were reduced to 316-6. 

The next to go was Saud Shakeel on 66, Pakistan were now 7 down for 321. 

Maharaj completed his 12th five-for by bowling Shaheen Shah Afridi who missed his slog sweep. 

Maharaj continued to clean up Pakistan, Sajid Khan finding slip, and then bowled Asif Afridi. 

Pakistan were all out for 333. 

Maharaj finished with 7-102. 

South Africa went into lunch on 9-0. 

After the break the Proteas lost both openers. Ryan Rickelton for 14 and then Aiden Markram for 32. 

SA were reduced to 54-2. 

Tony de Zorzi (13*) and Tristan Stubbs (23*) went into Tea on 86-2. 

After Tea, both players brought up their half-centuries. 

They took SA to 167, but he was trapped lbw on 55. 

South Africa ended the Day on 185-4, with Stubbs on 68*.
