Cricket South Africa (CSA) have announced the eight coaches who will head up the four Women Super League T20 squads.
The keen interest from top quality coaching staff across all teams and regions lends massive gravitas to the third edition of the league and affirms the passion and commitment that these coaches have for South African Women’s cricket.
Ahead of the WSL 3.0 T20 League Player Draft to be held on Thursday (3 December 2020), with almost 100 players from all nine provinces confirming their interest.
The League will be a strength versus strength domestic competition, designed to raise the standard of South African domestic cricket and give provincial players the chance to measure their skills against the established Proteas, most of whom will be taking part.
The competition will be played in the T20 format with all matches being centralised at the iconic Newlands Cricket Ground with six matches each being played from 14-16 December. The winners will be the team to come out on top after a full round of league games have been played.
