A Unique Offer

We've been brainstorming solutions for small businesses, and one problem keeps coming up time and time again:

"If only I could get more customers..."

One day, out of nowhere, the following offer came up:

"What if we offered small businesses a Free Customer Acquisition and Retention System?"

This offer even took us by surprise.

Here is the story of how we came up with this offer and how it's even possible.

Background

Having spent three decades designing, building, and managing systems in the corporate world, I have come to realise that a well-executed customer acquisition system is the key to solving this problem.

But, I also understand that small businesses have limited budgets, and systems can be expensive and complex.

This is where our unique offer comes in.

Initial Response

However, when we shared this offer with people we knew, their initial response wasn't an enthusiastic "Wow!"

Instead, they asked,

"What's the catch?" or

"What does this mean?"

The truth is, most small businesses wouldn't even know what to do with a customer acquisition system, even if we handed it to them on a silver platter (which is exactly what we're doing).

And then there is also the fear of wasting money, time, and effort.

Let's address these concerns head-on.

First and foremost, there's no catch.

Let me share a personal story with you to put your mind at ease.

A Personal Story

In 2019, I co-founded Cricket Fanatics Magazine with my son, Khalid.

He's the one who manages content creation and delivery strategies, and he's done an incredible job making us a household name in cricketing circles at all levels, despite not having a huge budget or abundant resources.

I work behind the scenes, setting up and managing the systems and processes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Designed as a Customer Acquisition and Retention System

When I created the infrastructure for Cricket Fanatics Magazine, I designed it as a customer acquisition and retention system to  gain subscribers, engage with them, and deliver our magazine and content straight to their inboxes.

The ultimate goal has always been to assist small businesses with their client acquisition and retention strategies.

But it was only recently that the idea of offering our infrastructure for free came to us.

Since we're already covering the costs of the infrastructure to deliver our own content, we don't need to recover those expenses from our customers.

That's why we decided to offer it for free, allowing small businesses to focus entirely on their customer acquisition strategies without worrying about the costs and complexities of setting up a system before they even get started.

It's all about reducing risk and getting faster results.

All we charge for is a nominal fee for our time.

Plus, you will have to pay for traffic, as it's the fastest way to get results and reduce the risk.

Any paid traffic costs go directly to the relevant platform you choose.

Does this sound fair?

Why a Customer Acquisition and Retention System?

So, what exactly does a customer acquisition system bring to the table?

For starters, it builds your brand by reaching thousands of people, attracting your ideal prospects, and converting them into loyal customers.

This process can be fully automated or semi-automated, depending on the nature of your business, its sophistication, and your specific goals.

Minimising The Risk

And here's how we minimize the risk of wasting your precious resources.

We follow a lean approach inspired by Eric Ries' book, "The Lean Startup."

His "build, measure, learn" approach is based on the scientific method.

We develop a hypothesis to test and then design a test to validate or invalidate that hypothesis.

Based on the test results, we determine the next steps and move forward.

This incremental approach is the least risky and most cost-effective way to avoid failure and achieve success.

It's Your Decision

Now that you're aware of all this, the decision is in your hands.

Get in touch with me so we can discuss the smallest viable test we can conduct specifically for your business.

It's crucial to figure out what works before you invest any more money, time, or effort into acquiring customers.

And the exciting part is, if we can work out a strategy together, you could have your very own client acquisition and retention system up and running as early as next week.

Sounds promising, doesn't it?
